Meet the Artist Brian Shields, is a senior student of Capoeira Angola at Mestre Themba’s school. Practicing closely with Mestre Themba and other instructors, Brian overcame severe burnout through Capoeira Angola. His journey back to clarity and productivity through this traditional art form resonates deeply with today’s overstressed young adults.
