Kutturan CHamoru Foundation (KCF) is a multi-generational, award-winning organization and one of the oldest and most esteemed CHamoru groups in the continental United States. Based in Long Beach, California since 1993, our organization represents the CHamoru community, the indigenous people of the Mariånå Islands, a Micronesian archipelago in the Pacific politically split between the United States territory of Guam and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariånå Islands (CNMI). We have partnered with communities across the United States and the islands and serve as a fiscal sponsor to mentor and incubate other Påsifiku initiatives. For over 30 years, we have provided free educational programs in CHamoru language, dance, music, and culture to over 25,000 people of all ages and ethnicities annually.
