Eric Wilder
Kashia Pomo | Graphic Artist | Cultural Organizer
Eric Wilder is a multidisciplinary artist and cultural worker based in Northern California. A citizen of the Kashia Band of Pomo Indians, Wilder draws on intergenerational knowledge and lived experience to inform his creative and professional practice. With a background in graphic design and illustration, he offers design services to nonprofit organizations, tribal governments, start-ups, and small businesses—often with a focus on cultural visibility and Indigenous-led initiatives.
Wilder also has experience working within tribal government, where he has developed a deep understanding of cultural protocols, governance structures, and the importance of revitalizing tribal knowledge systems through the arts. In addition to his freelance practice, Wilder organizes and hosts the annual Native Arts Expo, an Indigenous-led gathering that features both traditional and contemporary Native artists. The event creates opportunities for artists to showcase their work, connect with broader audiences, and build networks across tribal communities.
His work supports the creative and cultural sovereignty of Indigenous artists while contributing to broader efforts to sustain and amplify Native cultural practices in California and beyond.
